Instructions for the submission of an abstract

  • The conference language is English and all abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Only participants in-person can propose a presentation.
    • Oral presentation : Only PhD students and postdoctoral fellows can propose an oral presentation.
    • Poster presentation : member from technological platforms, students and postdoctoral fellows can propose a poster presentation
  • Abstracts must be submitted before September the 10th, 2026
  • After the abstract submission deadline, the Scientific Committee of the SFR-B2S will select the posters and will contact you regarding acceptance.
